Da Roma, quindi lontano da loro, sono riuscita a fare una stupenda cooking class, e grazie a Domenico so fare le orecchiette! La cosa bella è stata anche condividere quella lezione con persone che nemmeno conoscevo ma con le quali si chiacchierava e si rideva. Ottima atmosfera!

Absolutely one of the best experiences we have ever had!!! Our family had the honor of having Domenico and his team at our villa in Puglia for a private pizza cooking class. The food, knowledge and hospitality was remarkable. They were amazing teachers and were so good with the kids as well. Every bit of this experience was top notch and I cannot praise them enough. We would recommend Puglia Kitchen with the highest regard! Thank you, thank you thank you!! Well done Puglia Kitchen you are the best!

We wanted to book something special for my dad's 60th so went for the private dining experience. I have never booked a private chef before so wasn't sure what to expect but it was a wonderful evening we will all remember.
Antonello and Domenico were so friendly they explained all the dishes and their origin. They made us a wonderful vegetarian option as well as the meat main that was delicious and there was so much food we ended up with a fridge full after. Amazing value for a unique experience would 100% recommend!

These two chaps produced a complicated and splendid dinner for 11 people in our villa using an unfamiliar kitchen. They were well prepared and efficient and produced a series of delicious courses of excellent quality and complexity with subtle wine pairings chosen from local vineyards. Their convivial and friendly explanations of the dishes and associated wine added to the pleasure of the evening. They left the kitchen clean and tidy as well! We certainly recommend the Puglia Kitchen experience which was one of the highlights of our recent Italian holiday.

We recently returned from a whirlwind trip exploring many towns in Puglia, and one of our last days we decided to take a cooking class with Chef Dom through Puglia Kitchen. I can genuinely say that it was an absolute highlight of our trip. The food was DELICIOUS (yes, I know, all food in Italy is good…but this was something special). But more than that, the conversation, insights and memories shared were even better. I’m so grateful to learn from you, Dom! Looking forward to seeing you next time (but hopefully in Toronto before that).

We hired Domenico of Puglia Kitchen for 2 chef dinners and a cooking class for our family (9 adults & 6 kids - ages ranging from 1 year old to 90 years old). The cooking class was an absolute hit. We all had an amazing time! So much fun & Dom was so patient with the little ones. The 2 dinners prepared by Domenico & Eddy with paired wine was fabulous! Delicious & such friendly service! We highly recommend! A 10 out of 10!

Our experience with Domenico and Claudio from Puglia Kitchen was outstanding. From the moment they arrived they were professional, efficient and clearly masters of their craft. Everything from the cleaning, cooking and table setting was provided for us! We loved how knowledgeable they were about their ingredients and they clearly shared a love for their locality and province. The ease of booking was wonderful and Bea was fantastic at communicating the options, extensive menus and special requests.

Don't hesitate to book with Puglia Kitchen! We had a wonderful private cooking class with Domenico and his team. The kids loved learning the techniques (5 and 7 years old), the pasta flavours were delicious and the wine/dessert even better 🙂 We appreciated Domenico sharing his knowledge and Italian experience!
