I had an issue with my order. The subframe that came with my pannier did not fit my bike. After considerable time, and patience from both Unit, and myself, it was discovered from what I understand, that there is a subtle difference concerning the year my bike was made. The subframe that shipped was for an old version of my bike. What threw me was, on thier site in the picture, it states the item is for 06' through 17'. My bike is a 2017. In any case, Serena, and Michiel, among others rose to the occasion. They went out of there way to visit local dealerships. They trouble shot, and solved the case by comparing the subframes to various bikes. Now that's style. They have my gratitude. They replied promptly to say the correct frame is on its way. Where I was a very frustrated individual, I am now a very happy, and content client of Unit Garage. They will have my repeat patronage, as my bike requires further customization. Thanks, to all unit representatives that helped solve my situation.

I bought saddle bags for my motorcycle. The process to purchase was very good. Delivery was quick and secure. The product is excellent. However, they used the wrong tariff code. They used the code for Handbags which has a 20% import tariff. Had they used the code for Motorcycle Accessories (which they are) the import would have been duty free. Therefore they cost me an additional $200.00 US.

Unit Garage make very nice gear in Italy. I've ordered 4 separate times from them and I'm always amazed at how quickly they can ship to the states.

The products are always first rate, and I'm never disappointed.

I wanted to share my recent frustrating experience with a company that failed to ship my orders and ignored my inquiries. I hope this concise review serves as a cautionary tale.

I decided to make two separate purchases from this company, expecting prompt delivery. Unfortunately, neither order was shipped, and despite my multiple attempts to contact them, I received no response whatsoever.

In an effort to resolve the situation, I raised a dispute through PayPal. However, even during this process, the company remained unresponsive. Instead of addressing the issue or providing any explanation, they simply refunded my money and deleted my orders without any justification.

I am deeply disappointed by the company's lack of communication and their failure to fulfill their commitments. It is disheartening to invest time, money, and trust into a purchase, only to be met with silence and unresolved concerns. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied.

I wanted to share my story to warn others about the poor customer service and unreliability of this particular company. I urge you to exercise caution before considering any purchases from them.
